Matt brings over 15 years of experience in agricultural real estate sales, backed by a lifetime of farming and land management expertise. As a licensed Sales Associate and owner of a farm management business serving growers throughout California’s Central Valley, he offers clients a rare combination of real estate insight and boots-on-the-ground knowledge. From row crops to permanent plantings, he understands the value of land not just as an asset, but as a working operation.

He has successfully represented clients in high-value agricultural transactions, including multi-million-dollar land and orchard sales, and is known for his ability to manage complex negotiations with clarity and professionalism. His firsthand experience running a farm operation allows him to anticipate the needs of both growers and investors, and to speak the language of both.

Raised in Hanford, Matt maintains strong relationships throughout Fresno, Kings and Tulare counties. When he’s not in the field or the office, he’s coaching youth soccer, exploring new hiking trails with his family, or traveling (Maui is a favorite). He and his wife Taylor, his high school sweetheart, have been married since 2003 and are proud parents of twins.

Matt was also named Big Brother of the Year in 2010 through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, recognized across five Central Valley counties. Though he rarely brings it up, it reflects the same character and consistency he brings to his work.
