4th Annual Pistachio Week

The 4th Annual Pistachio Week, presented by American Pistachio Growers, runs August 11–17, 2025, and spotlights California’s pistachio harvest through a weeklong collaboration with restaurants across the Central Valley and beyond. Participating chefs create inventive, pistachio-infused dishes—from appetizers and entrées to desserts—highlighting the nut’s versatility while drawing attention to the growers, processors, and communities behind it. The event’s goal is twofold: to celebrate the craftsmanship of local agriculture and culinary talent, and to strengthen the connection between consumers and the region’s pistachio industry, fostering pride, awareness, and support for one of California’s signature crops.
